Job Summary:
As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with licensed therapists to provide patient-centered care, promoting optimal physical well-being and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in achieving or maintaining physical function through delegated interventions from licensed therapists.
- Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan, collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification in New Jersey.
- Graduation from an approved two-year college program in Physical Therapy.
- At least one year's experience working under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
- Excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a calm presence.
