Director, Medicare Certified Services
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced leader to manage its Medicare Certified services in Essex and Hudson Counties.
This role requires a professional with strong business acumen and the ability to maintain high levels of client care and customer service while overseeing all aspects of business operations.
Prior home health or healthcare management experience is essential, with knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation being highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing teams, building relationships with employees, referral sources, and community resources, and growing their office through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
- Ensure the quality and appropriateness of all services provided by staff, while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate others to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Medicare Certified Home Health Office.
Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience within a Medicare Certified home care agency.
- Experience building, leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of Medicare COPs for Home Care.
- Clinical licensure as an RN or PT is advantageous.
- Prior experience with Home Care Home Base or similar EMR software.
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement and taking on increased responsibility with positive results.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
