Job Title: Employee Services Coordinator

The Employee Services Coordinator provides essential services and key functions to field employees within their service office. This role ensures efficient and high-quality onboarding, retention, and experience for our field employees.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Answer telephones, assist callers, place voicemails, process messages, and greet visitors.
- Personnel File Management: Manage personnel files and coordinate necessary tasks.
- Field Employee Satisfaction: Provide essential services to maintain field employee satisfaction.
- Hiring Activities: Support hiring activities from application to onboarding as needed.
- Home Health Aide Training: Coordinate and execute training sessions, manage materials, and schedule skills practice.
- Labor Postings: Ensure all required labor postings, including federal and state postings, are maintained and updated.
- Additional Duties: Perform related duties or as required by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft computer products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- PC Skills: Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
