BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a seasoned healthcare leader to oversee Medicare certified services in Hudson and Essex Counties. This leadership role demands a professional with extensive experience in managing client care, customer service, and business operations. A strong background in home health or healthcare management is required.
This position involves on-site work with travel between locations in North Bergen, NJ and Livingston, NJ.
As a Senior Home Health Care Professional, your day may include:
- Managing office operations, including business development, budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal management.
- Ensuring the quality and appropriateness of services provided by staff to maintain compliance and client satisfaction while providing adequate education, training, and evaluation.
- Leading, inspiring, and motivating others to provide exceptional care.
- Building relationships with employees, referral sources, and community resources to grow this Medicare certified home health office.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 3 years of management experience within a Medicare certified home care agency.
- Experience building, leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare COPs for Home Care.
- Clinical licensure as an RN or PT is a plus.
- Prior experience with Home Care Home Base or similar EMR software.
- A proven track record of goal achievement and successfully taking on increased responsibility with positive results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- The ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
- A history of developing successors.
- The provision of quality care while continually increasing the number of clients served.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and good judgment.
