Responsibilities:
- Lead the Admissions Department to achieve program goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Admissions performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and successful rollout of initiatives
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives based on internal and external survey results and time in field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, with 3 years in a leadership/management role
- Proficient in technology, including Excel, MS Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other tools
