We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. About the Job:
- Perform home visits to assess client needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide physical therapy services, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Educate clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
In order to be successful in this role, you will require a current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
