Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced RN to conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing nursing care and services as outlined in the client's care plan.
- You will administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians, while monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD is required, along with a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience and prior home care experience.
