Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 home care to our clients. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
- Administer medication, treatments, and comfort care as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
