Job Summary
This role involves providing skilled nursing care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of nursing experience and prior home care experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care, interventions, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans
- Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
- Administer medication, provide treatments, and comfort care as needed
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required
- Able to travel to cases as assigned
