Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
