About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Care Night Nurse. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, focusing on wound care and other medical needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans
- Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight
- Administer medication, treatments, and comfort care as needed
Requirements:
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required
