BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time opportunity in West Deptford, New Jersey. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients living in designated territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of NJ, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN, graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, and strong interpersonal skills.
