Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients in their homes and conduct assessments to identify their physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to improve clients' mobility and function
