About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing one-on-one care and support to help them recover from illness or injury.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and conducting home visits to provide physical therapy services. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies to promote independent living.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current NJ Physical Therapist license, graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and manage time effectively, as well as possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
