Your Role as a Physical Therapist
- You will work closely with clients in their homes to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- You will conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
- You will educate and instruct clients, family members, or other representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

Requirements
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
