We are looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to provide home health visits to our clients in North/Central Baltimore County. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to your clients, following a designated care plan tailored to their needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills with training and scholarship opportunities provided by BAYADA.
Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, your responsibilities will include:
• Administering medication and wound care
• Performing treatments and procedures
• Following up on doctors' orders and accurately documenting observations and interventions
• Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) to document client information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A minimum of one year of recent clinical experience
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Solid computer skills and experience with EMR systems
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
