This nursing role involves making home health visits, providing one-on-one care, and working closely with medical professionals to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned by medical professionals
- Follow up with and execute doctors' orders accurately
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience is preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
