BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team for per diem home health care opportunities in Person County.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, promoting optimal physical well-being and independence.
- Assist clients with attaining or maintaining optimal physical function through treatment, testing, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
