The ideal candidate will have experience with manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions, and be able to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a current Physical Therapist license in the state, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and previous home health care experience welcomed but not required. Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
