Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Educate clients and their families on proper therapeutic exercises and techniques
- Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed
Requirements
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
