Role Responsibilities
As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Physical Therapist, you will:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized care plans to help them regain or maintain mobility, strength, and independence.
- Implement various interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans, participating in multidisciplinary care planning as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care delivery.
