About the Role
- You will be responsible for making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements, such as assessing mobility, strength, balance, and safety.
- Implementing integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
Requirements
- A current Ohio Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
