BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Maple Heights, Ohio.
About the Role
- Perform home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility and function
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and health
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities
Requirements
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist license
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
