Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests, develop individualized care plans, and educate clients on necessary activities.
- Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan, participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan as appropriate.
- Educate family members or other client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities promoting health and independent living.
Requirements include a current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
