Job Opportunity for Physical Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health visits to clients in designated territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility, strength, balance testing, and safety assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Continually assess and revise the care plan, participating with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote independent living.
Qualifications:
- A current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
