At BAYADA Home Health Care, we seek an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will possess a current PA Physical Therapist license, a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
Responsibilities include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing integumentary protective interventions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating and instructing clients, accurately documenting observations and interventions, and continually assessing and revising the care plan.
Qualifications for this role include a strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively, possess solid computer skills, and have prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
