We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to perform home health visits for our senior living office located in Blue Bell, PA. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Bucks County.
Responsibilities include making home visits to clients, performing diagnostic tests and measurements, implementing care plans, educating clients and family members, and accurately documenting client care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
- A current PA Physical Therapist license
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
