Job Summary:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing home health care services to clients in the Stanly County area. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility and range of motion assessments.
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other activities to promote client independence.
- Educate clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for safe and independent living.
Qualifications:
- A current NC Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
