- Conduct home visits to clients in designated territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility assessments, strength evaluations, and balance testing.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
- Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote health, safety, and independent living.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Requirements:
- A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records preferred.
