Job Description
A Physical Therapist is sought for a Full Time opportunity performing home health visits in Northern Anne Arundel County. The ideal candidate will be available to see patients 5 days a week, Monday-Friday between 8:30a-5p.
Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and instruct clients and their representatives on rehabilitative care.
- Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with EMR preferred.
