We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Oxon Hill, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have one year of prior clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for performing home health visits for senior living clients in the Alexandria, VA area. This is a per-visit basis opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities include making home visits, performing diagnostic tests, implementing care plans, educating clients and family members, and accurately documenting client care management and services provided.
Qualifications include a current VA Physical Therapist license, one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist, and graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
