We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to work with clients in their home. As a PT at BAYADA, you will craft treatment plans and apply innovative techniques to help clients reach their goals.
Our multidisciplinary healthcare team provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, allowing them to remain at home. We prioritize delivering high-quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, transfer status, stability, ambulation patterns, strength, endurance, balance, and safety
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions
- Implement integumentary protective interventions to prevent wound formation and promote wound repair using evidence-based dressings and topical agents
- Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy - PT care plan
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to patient care management and services provided

Qualifications:
- A current Physical Therapist - PT license in Arizona
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
