BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, and surrounding towns.
About the Job:
- Making visits to clients in their homes
- Performing diagnostic tests and measurements
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Educating and instructing clients and family members on rehabilitative care
Requirements:
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
