Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes
- Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist clients with daily activities and provide support with mobility and transfers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A two-year college degree from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- At least one year's experience working under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist

Compensation
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $7,000 retention bonus available and a base salary estimated to be around $63,500-$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
