We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to provide top-notch care to our clients at BAYADA Home Health Care.
About the Role
As a certified Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in territories throughout Union County, Somerset County, and/or Middlesex County, providing high-quality patient care on a per-visit basis.
You will be responsible for assisting clients in achieving optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, testing, client education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Requirements
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience and qualifications
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
