Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being through treatment, tests, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Work with adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Union County, Somerset County, and/or Middlesex County.
Requirements:
- Current licensure or certification in the state of NJ.
- Graduation from a two-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or equivalent experience and proficiency exam.
- At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
