Job Title: Home Health Rehabilitation Therapist
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and skilled physical therapist to provide in-home rehabilitation services for senior living clients in Bucks County.
The ideal candidate will have one year of prior clinical experience as a licensed physical therapist and be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Make home visits to clients in designated territories to assess and treat physical impairments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
- Educate and instruct clients on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Requirements:
- Current PA Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
