Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to identify areas requiring intervention, including mobility/range of joints and strength and endurance of muscles.
- Implement appropriate interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises and gait training, tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Educate and instruct clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
