Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve client outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and revise treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities.
- Accurately document patient care management and services provided.
Requirements
- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in PA.
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or equivalent education and work experience.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
