Job Description
As a Speech Language Pathologist with BAYADA, you will be an integral part of a healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. You will make home visits to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Make home visits to deliver therapy sessions and educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care
- Accurately document patient care management and services provided
Requirements:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association
- New Hampshire license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
