About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.
You will make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, assess their needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote client independence and safety.
To qualify for this role, you must have a current Physical Therapist license in the state and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist. Previous home health care experience is welcomed but not required, as we will provide comprehensive training.
