About the Sales and Marketing Role
This role is responsible for promoting BAYADA Home Health Care services and expanding our Medicare home health business through relationship-building and strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with referral sources in the community to promote BAYADA Home Health Care services.
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to meet business objectives.
- Conducting market analysis, developing sales plans, and evaluating results.
- Supporting business development activities and establishing strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least two years recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health care.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
