**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. This is a full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
**About the Role:**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
