About the Role
- Deliver one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize electronic documentation to track client progress and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, as well as PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time opportunities
Requirements
- Valid nursing license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
