Role Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in the comfort of our clients' homes. Key Responsibilities
This role requires one year of recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN and previous home health care experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for following designated care plans, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, performing assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, monitoring clients' conditions, and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program. A background in home health care is beneficial, but not essential. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of our clients.
