Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Warrington, Pennsylvania. As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will provide expert care to patients in their own homes, focusing on maximizing their functional abilities and promoting overall well-being.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support to promote successful rehabilitation.
Requirements
- A current PA Occupational Therapist license.
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA.
