BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team as a Travel PT in Kent County, Maryland. This is a per diem/prn opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy in scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have an active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of DE, with previous home health experience required. OASIS experience is necessary, and previous HCHB experience is preferred.

We offer a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement for this assignment, which requires a 13-week commitment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month. As a Travel PT, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, educating clients and family members, accurately documenting observations and interventions, and delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
