About the Job
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a per diem/PRN Home Health Physical Therapist in Brick, New Jersey.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform home visits for clients in senior living communities throughout Ocean County.
- Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services to clients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
Requirements
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
