Job Description:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to clients in their homes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
- CURRENT LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION IN PENNSYLVANIA
- Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or two years of experience as a PTA
- One year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist
