About the Position

You will have the opportunity to conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities, create effective care plans, and provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical abilities and create effective care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on techniques such as manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessment.
- Collaborate with clients, family members, and caregivers to educate them on proper body mechanics, safety precautions, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, including treatment plans, interventions, and outcomes.
Requirements
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, family members, and healthcare colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
